Kezi is an amazing trainer!
I was finding it difficult to find the appropriate workout and diet post-partum to aid with my recovery, and she was great at leading the way.
She loves what she does, and knows exactly how to make you achieve your fitness goals,big or small.
Her experience and knowledge is very obvious in her approach. She introduced me to proper exercise mechanics and movements and aided me in getting visible results, and significantly improved my strength and endurance.
The workouts were both fun and challenging, tailored to meet my needs, and pushed me to do my level best during each session.
My self confidence since training with Kezi has increased tremendously, and allowed me to feel more confident when working out independently. Her positive attitude and excitement is tangible and highly contagious! I left every session feeling energized and smiling!
Starting personal training sessions with Kezi was the best investment and decision I have taken towards my health.
I was about 50lbs overweight by the time I finished studying while working full-time. I did not know how to get back into exercising and how to stay consistent once again. I was stress-eating, not sleeping enough, and not exercising at all.
Kezi helped me to get started, get over my previous injuries and muscle imbalances, taught me how to warm up and stretch to avoid aggravating old injuries, taught me proper form for all the major exercises, and most importantly, taught me how to recognize progress, be proud of myself, and stay on track.
Kezi helped me set realistic goals that I really wanted to achieve and that actually works for my work and lifestyle. She also helped me set up a proper nutrition plan that goes hand-in-hand with what we are training for. And the best part about all of this is that I feel none of this is interfering at all with my busy work schedule and work-related travels because Kezi is always accommodating and flexible.
I can confidently say that I am in the hands of a trainer, and more importantly, a friend, who wants the best for me in-and-out of the gym, and who is always encouraging and supporting me through this journey. I feel better, stronger, healthier and significantly happier.

I came to Kezi to start to gain movement and strength from a mastectomy a couple years ago.
I quickly realized that I wasn’t just limited in my movements, but strength in my whole body. I was overcompensating for my weaknesses. I was shown how to lift properly and gained confidence in my abilities with her support.
She made feel comfortable and helped me progress more than I thought I was capable of.
I am now training pasted my limitations and surpassed my lifting goals. Anyone looking to be pushed to achieve their goals, Kezi is the one.
I recommend not wearing makeup, you’ll sweat it off if she had the choice!

I was really struggling with my nutrition and weight. I wasn’t sure why I was always exhausted by 1pm and had a lot of chronic pain and inflammation. I also wasn’t sure why no matter how little I ate, I never lost weight. I found Kezi and she was a lifesaver. We met often and I had easy to achieve goals each time so I wasn’t overwhelmed. We figured out that my blood sugar was dropping from inappropriate breakfasts (of just coffee) and she gave me amazing tools to eat more anti inflammatory tools. She encouraged me and supported me as I figure out answers to my chronic health issues with my doctors and gave me proper nutrition advice based on my health problems and individual needs.
I wasn’t able to exercise more seriously because of some of my health issues, so Kezi created a very easy program to still move and stretch my body. We adjusted as I found what worked for me and Kezi was available for questions outside of our sessions/calls.
Kezi is an incredible human. So kind, patient, knowledgeable and empathetic. I felt comfortable and safe during the entire process. I never felt judged and I learned to be kinder to myself and my body. Kezi also helped me reframe my relationship with food.
I am so glad I found Kezi. I don’t know how I would have made it over the past year without her. Thank you Kezi for being such a bright light in my life and helping me become healthier :)
